You might want to try 2009 patched to SP3. It is very stable and works better than 06. It should be good for a couple more years until 2012 is announced.
TRS2006 works perfectly for me, the Auran DLS Black http://www.auran.com/TRS2004/DLS.php works great for downloading, and my FCT has been working flawlessly ever since the unsupport date in Sept 2010, at 375kbs.
yeah ok i don't know much about 2006 & 9 but i'm a old user of 2004 & now 2010 i think 2010 is alot more better yes it's got bugs but think about it it's steping in to new things you can't have something new & work right off the bat with out no bugs in it!!!! those days are gone the moment windows 95a came out!!!
