I am sure you can find something that is close to what you need , on the DLS.
I would start with making the terrain .
Download mapmaker somewhere , and read the instructions ; use google earth for making the maps .
Later on , learn the basics of gmax, and you can build the correct product and rolling stock .
As a steamlocomotive is much more complex to build than the rest , use the one that you have found , but change the textures to something that resembles more what you need.

I am sure you will NOT find anything suitable on the DLS. I am not aware of anyone else who has bothered to build any Philippine content. Most of the sugar cane railroads on Negros used similar stock, certainly the Baldwins used by Central Azucarera de Bais were very similar to those used by Hawaiian-Philippine Co, and also the Plymouth diesels are similar as are the cane cars. If anyone can come up with some scale drawings of the locos I could maybe make some progress on these, but producing drawings and then building them in Gmax takes more time than I have at the moment. See below for an early version of my cane cars and sugar cane load.

Hi ,
the sugar cane load is a good oportunity to use bumpmapping ( works in all versions of trainz 2004-2009); will give the impression of separate cane instead of one block .

when i saw it i was thinking "oh no, i saw that stuff just yesterday! where was it, where was it!"

Shagster's stuff is OK if you are modelling Australian sugar cane, but Holytrain was asking for Philippine stuff. That is 36" gauge not 24" and it looks nothing like what he is after.

Bais used entirely Baldwin 0-6-0 steam locos with the exception of No. 9 which was a 1928 Henschel. Their diesels were all 0-6-0 Plymouths. Cane cars were as per the screen shot on my earlier post with some variations. They also ran some tank cars and a few oddballs.
