It is called a relay box or relay cabinet, or something like that. 
There should be some on the DLS, such as one or two by Seniorchief. There are also at least three good ones on USLW: http://www.uslw.net/downloads.php?action=cat&cat_id=4&page=9 (scroll down the page a little. In fact, you might want to sift through all of those pages there and grab the many goodies
