Does anybody know if the helpdesk is maned anymore. I submitted a request a month ago and apart from the standard message recieved "we will get back in 24 - 48 hours", I have heard nothing.

They are manned by Zec Murphy. Apparently, he's swamped with help requests. Inquire on your ticket again.

Is there anything we can help you with here? Sometimes it's faster for the 'normal' Trainz weirdness kind of things than it is to put in a ticket.

THanks for the reply. The request was about a rendering problem in the Murchason 2 addon. I have a locomotive that has not drive wheels. CM showes this loco to have no problems / errors. It is related to the sp1 update.
It would have been nice to acknowledge that thay are busy and but it has been seen.

I think there's some really buggy problems going on with the support site. I've entered multiple updates on my ticket and the last time I tried to upload a quick MP4 file showing a screen capture of a test, the support site blew up. All I can say is WOW!

Hi Ross,

Are these the 6-wheel, wheel sets that are missing? See if you can download them from the DLS. I ended up obsoleting them in the built-in content which allowed me to redownload the old ones that worked.

Thanks for the sudggestion John. I will give it a try when I get home from work. Yeah it is the six wheel set on the desil used in the "_MLOG - The log machine" session. I cant remeber the locos name at the moment
