Heartbeat Revisited 2 - printable map? where?

Basically the topic title says it all.

Supposedly there is a printable map for Heartbeat Revisited 2, but I cannot find it. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

It's in the Kuid folder Kuid 129486:1804602 . It's the JPG file labeled damap.
