I was going to ask who the design was originally for; the guy who was working on it moved to NYC from C&O in the middle of it. It's a shame, it would've looked good in tricolor.
My guess is D&RGW K-28 #476... you can tell from the spark arrestor that is unique to that engine
One point for you Hoborailcat! It's K-36 487 plowing snow on the Cumbres and Toltec, not the Durango and Silverton (as far as I know they used it in Spring 2010 to clear the tracks for the trains on opening).It's K36 487.
