guess the LOCO game...

I'm guessing 2-6-6-2? Class...not sure, but that number plate is pure N&W. So i'm guessing it ran on some coal branch in West Virginia, Virginia, or somewhere like that?

I was going to ask who the design was originally for; the guy who was working on it moved to NYC from C&O in the middle of it. It's a shame, it would've looked good in tricolor.

I believe that man is Robert R. Young.
It was going to be the X-Train but NYC to the idea and made the Xplorer.
It is a Baldwin RP-210 built by Baldwin.
It is pulling the Xplorer.
