chear up SPNtyler!

look at the post before mine on page 19, I did not go out of turn as the last one was answered correctly meaning someone had to post a new one.

Take that!

This means mine is still standing AND the last loco was guessed correctly which has to mean my loco is the one to answer now.

PereMarquette1225fan, you are correct, you really know your locomotives.

So as in DR would say, please post a new locomotive in 2 days.
but it was PereMarquette1225fan's turn.

I got a good one this time:

What is the locomotive's railroad and country, and what is the locomotive type?

Have fun!

Southern Manchulia Railways (SMR) and Northeast China is your answer. :D

Added: Locomotive type is still a mystery.

Right and right. You just need the locomotive type.

Southern Manchuria Railways, Northeast China and is a 4-6-2.

Right, right, and wrong. Like Ben1337 said, that's the wheel arrangement, not the locomotive type.

Happy guessing!

Southern Manchuria Railways, Northeast China and is a Pashina Type 4-6-2.
P.S: I wasn't sure if you meant wheel arrangement or class of loco.

edited: Hang on... it is a 4-6-2... I think china had 4-6-2s as depicted as http://www.railography.co.uk/info/cn_steam/profiles/rm.htm

I think the best fit for the locomotive is a CNW Class E-4 shown http://www.friesch-artist.com/CNWGalleryImages/cnw1620.gif

I think that china never really had a line fast enough to have a fast, stremlined train in the 30s... But the USA does.

Sorry, that's wrong. Good guess though!

Correct! Sorry for not making whether "type" was wheel arrangements or not clearer, by the way. Please post a new loco in 2 days (just doing drrt4's job for him. :hehe:)

I can see that....:hehe: The job of keeping track of turns is a good volunteer job, Nice to know that people will keep track of this game for me, And i hope you people will continue to keep track of it because i may go on a vacation to my grandma and grampus's place and i will have 0 and i mean 0 access to a computer for about a week maybe longer, Rember its a maybe it might get canceled due to not enough funds, I will let you people know. And in the unlikely case of this thread dieing, i will perform CPR and bright it back to life! :hehe:

Now back to the topic at hand: Wilh, please post a new loco in 2 days, Thanks.

Have a ball DR:wave:
