Got What It Takes?

For CSX and NS, it's a two year mandatory engineer "promotion". You start as a conductor, but then have to take the engineer test. If you don't pass the engineer test, you're out.

Okay well I'm going to school. Anybody knows what classes I should take to give me some great assistance to my quest?

College education.

Some sort of Computer, Engineering or Mechanical courses.

Most of the Trainz community will never achive working for the RR ... As "Foamers" are not in the breed.

RR's are very picky who they hire ... thousands of applicants are rejected ... and only a handfull of openings exist.

A high degree of education is required.
