Good UK Routes

I'm looking for a route in the UK that isn't a loop, has both passenger and freight services, and takes, at most, 30 minutes up and down. Please help!

Some of the best one's online use a lot of TC3 or the TS10 S&C addon pack for a lot of dependences. Darkdan had a very good one called `UKsomewhere` but you have to go all over the internet to find the dependences.
