Gold Membership? (Plz Reply quickly)

Hi!

I'm planning on getting a gold membership at Magicland's forum (I've seen no sign of it being discontinued anywhere!! :hehe but I want to know: is the Trainz R1 or R40 or both still avaible to Gold Members? The R1 or R40 or both is the main (and perhaps only :hehe reason I want to get the gold membership, but I don't want to be disappointed (Meaning that I don't want to have a new gold membership and find the R1/R40 no longer avaible. I want to know if new gold members can still get them).

First, give people time to reply, and don't use "plz", use the word correctly. "Plz" to me comes across as more of a demand(1)

Secondly, the bolded part makes me think that you may have already known the answer, or part answer to your question.

Seems straight forward to me, Gold Membership is only available to people who have already joined.It is no longer available to people who wish to join.
Just have to hope Magicland will respond to your email at his earliest convenience,and give you his final decision.

One of the best marketing techniques is to tell people they cannot have it. I remember using this techique for selling t-shirts for a fund raiser. I showed several hundred people a "cool t-shirt" followed by you can't have it. Opened a booth and sold five-hundred dollars worth in fifteen minutes.:hehe:

Hmmm...if you ask me it isn't near 'best' at all. :n: I was looking forward to getting the R1 and R40 and what do I get instead? An unbearable message saying that the membership is cancelled. :'( I hope Magicland releases his R1 and R40 as soon as possible.

Listen, Gold Membership is not available anymore to "outsiders", just deal with it. Jeff is continuing it for current Gold Members, such as me, and we might get a new asset every once and awhile. Don't email Jeff if your demand has been answered already, and if you do manage to get a reply out of him it will be exactly what I have already said. :n:

here's my 2 cents

When i bought the SCS kit it had both the R1 and R40..........i think you would be better off just buying that then paying for a membership that you aren't going to use....

If you're saying what I think your'e saying, the SCS CD is no longer avaible :'(Its pieces (with the exception of the R1 and R40) are on the DLS.
