Indeed, the models are superb...

...I would call the things in the 'back/tray' "Winches" and this type of vehicle (or ones similar to them) would be known in my country as "Tow Trucks" but as they have been clearly based on real world objects from "the other side of the pond", the 'good people' there may have other names for them..
