A very small amount of progress on my combine. There are some minor differences, such as extra windows, shorter baggage hold, more detail on the sides, with slat and "board and batton" on the windows. Hopefully I can get some more done within the week.

Haven't had much time lately, but made the connecting rod and altered the wheels. Scaling must be off somewhere since the connecting rod is too close to the wheel, yet if I change the cylinder location it's out too far. Will have to troubleshoot.

That PB15 is really coming along, I'm loving the lines as they appear. I think you should in life a blue version in a deep dark, shiny blue, like this in the final release. I wish you luck in finding the rod issue.

I might have gone over the top on the polys on this one (37K) but there is an awful lot of detail that you can see at close range.

Paul,

that is a rather unusual looking tanker. What did it carry?
it could carry almost any liquid load including petrol and heavy fuel oils. The equipment on the ends of the tanks were steam heating connections to aid offloading heavy fuels. Only one was built but it lasted until at least 1978.

Great work on the NGG16s Ed! I walk past 127 every Wednesday up at Puffing Billy lol. Interesting to note some of the differences in the latest one compared to your earlier two as well. One suggestion would be the 'swing out' seats (do the WHR ones have these?) that can swing around to about 90deg outside the cab.

Also, interesting tanks Paul, would certainly break up a goods train quite nicely! :)

Figured since a month has passed I would post an image to show off the progress done on the NYC&N locomotive. There's a lot of area that need some work done but I think it's coming along nicely.
