I've managed to start working on my cluttered up passenger cars again. so here's a small update. I've booleand the hell out of it to make the wooden coach seems look right.

The boiler seems a tad low poly to me. May I suggest using 32 sides to a cylinder and then add a lod? The boiler you have now is actually great already for a lod, but I feel that it could be made more high res.
