STLSF, Please don't quote pictures. You can edit the link for the image out, and add something like "pic removed". I understand if you didn't know. You can quote pics if the original is on a different page than your post, though.

Modified it a bit to better suit my taste. Custom engine. EH64 Heavy Pacific

Just for craps and laughs you should give it a belpaier firebox, I think that would make it look sick, especially with the vandy tender. Even if you don't, that's some fine work there, you did a mighty fine job!

Chance, that looks pretty fantastic. I might make the tender tank a little bit larger and make the Elesco a little wider. Just a suggestion.

If he's gonna give it a Belpaier Firebox, then he's should give it a Henry Looking Tender LOL. JK. But seriously, a Belpaier Firebox wouldn't look half bad.

The C&O placed marker lights in front of the Elesco feedwater heaters on some of their Pacifics...

And on their 2-8-8-2s...

Not really based on anything.

Pic Deleted

The first version minus the air tanks looks just like a lovely Southern steamer (1360 or 1370 class) The bell is just like 4501's from the 1970s, and the whistle looks like 722's steamboat whistle. I would love to have that in green or tuxedo on my route.
The version with deflectors look good too.

It uses parts from many different meshes I have in blender. Most of which are from Frisco 1522 and a C&O engine Im building. No southern parts were used. Ive been told it has either a NYC or Boston & Maine vibe to it.

trainman716, I'd say that the engine pictured and the other version without the smoke deflectors and torpedo tubes on the boiler looks incredible!
