Wow does that look nice edh6. I will have to extend my 2ft line (that only uses red and blue engines) to have more room for it. Looks great in the red. I love the light and wheels.

Hey all,

Some of you might have noticed I've released some Bogies, here's another type which is rather unique for Standard Guage, it's frames are narrowed in and has 7 springs on each side.

I've never actually seen this type of bogie as I built it from a engineers drawing and I believe it was lost to New South Wales and probably still is, the poly count is extremely high for a bogie at almost 12k, the other bogies are very high too at 9-10k.

Cheers.

G'day Azervich,

....another great example of your fine work, Aaron but I suspect you may need to remove and reapply the smooth modifier on the main frame, so as to remove the 'undesirable' shadow visible on the underside of the rounded edges. I can't tell you the exact 'polygon count' of the "Diamond Bar" bogies I built for the TT Milk Van but I can guess that it would be in the same general "range", so I wouldn't be too concerned about that...

If the poly count really gets out of hand, you could try replacing the spings with textured(w/ alpha) cylinders. Either that or have a really short-swapped LOD.

NICE!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Looks like the same ones you released a while ago. Hope to also see a CalTrain and a VRE Bi-Levels in the near future. They have the same brand (Nippon/Kinkisharryo) with the same metallic skin. Just different RR markings is all.
