There is no exporter to Trainz for that version of 3dsMax
There may be ways round this but I don't know of one. Others may have some better news.

I hate to rain on your parade but I see you are using 3dsMax2014. There is no exporter to Trainz for that version of 3dsMax, unless one has been created recently, the latest supported version is 3dsMax2012. As it stands there is no way to export your creation into Trainz.
There may be ways round this but I don't know of one. Others may have some better news.
Just a small comment, your wheels are wrong, flanges are not that big.

I though RENFE was french, like that built-in route in TS2009...
