Depending on what function you use to create the railing it could double the size because it gives you a 1" radius instead of a 1" diamitor.

Maybe. The plans I have call it a "Pullman Standard PS-1 50' DF-2 Equipped Youngstown 9' Door Boxcar". DF-2, in this instance, refers to the second generation of Evans damage free loaders designed to keep product from shifting around the boxcar during transit. Other boxcars are equipped with it though, but the WP may have used "DF-2" as a class name. I'm not really up to date on their nomenclature.
