@Bendemen: I like your stuff! You should do what NIARTcar suggested, and make multiple versions!

The light rail vehicle is the Siemens S70 as utilized by the Houston Metropolitan Transit Authority. San Diego also has a fleet of S70s but they are somewhat different in appearance.

@bendemen, I like the supports. They are a little cartoonie and would look great in a revitalized downtown district. May I suggest making multiple versions with different combonations of colors (like a coloring box) :hehe:

:p Thank you, both! I really appreciate these words, I will make more versions as soon as possible! Which colour suggestions were you thinking of? Strange combinations like blue and green or normal combinations like grey and black? Or both!? ;)

Thanks for your response. I think it's beautiful!

Sorry, Mike, but I am an eager person, mainly because I have a mental disorder, so it can't be helped. Sorry:(.

G'day All,

That's a great "piece 'o' woik" Tardis626...

...speaking of signalboxes...

...the latest in the series of my VR Generic Signalboxes, the first of the so-called (by me) "Suburban Brick" style (otherwise officially known as the "F" design)...

...and despite some of the detail in the above image, the one single detail which I think is the "piece de resistance" of the whole project...

...as you can see, there are still a few 'details' to finish up before it's ready for 'testing'...

Wow! That must be a frame-rate muncher... :)

I've been trying to use blender but its hard to work out any experts around?

All 3d applications are difficult to learn - expect to spend countless hours / weeks / months learning it.

Start with the tutorials on Paul Hobbs site at: http://www.44090digitalmodels.co.uk/

then search the content creation forum for links to a great many other sites for more reference material.

The challenge is more than worthwhile.

The bricks are not correct. The joints are not each other.
The tiles of the texture of the brick is very striking.

More Details ..
Do we need the "reflective phones" ..
Since they have to rework again.:hehe:

I personally do not like so much.
Not impressed me.
