GMax and 3DSMax (And any other modeling program) screenies/renders

Hey ice --

For the first time this century I can actually see your screen shot. Thanks. Looks great. Will it appear in TRS?

(Still can't see your signature graphic though.)

Phil

Will it appear in TRS? ...

Yes, for only TS2010 Version.
According to Auran it should offer more graphic possibilities.
Let's wait times from it.

At present, it is seen in RW ..;)

Doubt in my experience level

Hi All.

I am sorry for being away from the forums for so long but I suffered a mild stroke and could not continue any work on TRS2009

As for my model - I have done it myself and yes I have no previous experience in 3D but got fed up with having to ask and no money to pay a pro so I decided to give it a go myself.

I have not done any work since December but will resume as soon as I am a bit better (still struggling with my coordination)

I had no formal training or taken any tutorials - it just sort of came natural and because I have a serious issue about attention to detail and I am very good at visualising things.

I think Paul D Mace (Barn700) could possibly vouch for me that I have no previous experience.

He made my first models for TS2004 and before but I needed more and Paul is a busy man and I also could not afford to pay him but for his encouragement and support I will always be grateful.

For those who do not believe I did it - I can't convince you - but I do promise you the saying "whatever you put your mind to you can accomplish" is true.

As for plans and drawings - ask any South African tarinzer (if any) and they will tell you getting detail plans are very difficult so I only used line drawings (side plans) and loads of photos

Enginetension, what happened to the RSA Trainz website? I am unable to go to it and look at the content. I am a registered user and cannot reach the website anymore. Do you know what's wrong? By the way, nice renders.

Cernavoda Bridge

Cernavoda Bridge, the bridge across the main branch of the Danube River, near Cernavoda, Romania, is now available on DLS. It was projected by Anghel Saligny and built between 1890-1895.

Thank you.
The other bridge, across the Borcea Branch of the Danube River and the access viaducts to the both bridges are also under work, and will be available soon.

very close to finishing my massive rebuild project on the CTA 2400 series cars

I had to rebuild this car from only having half a body, no windows, no doors, no interior, and no cab since I lost all my completed files. This next batch will have working doors, and passenger compatibility, along with the current working roll signs, and taillights. I will also be doing custom trucks this time around

The mix of different paint schemes is to make sure all the textures fit correctly, and will be easy to reskin
