Glitch in Surveyor

I've been running into this problem with every single industry in my game and would like to know how to get it fixed.

What do I need to do to fix this?

Are ALL the industries exactly the same type - Multiple Industry New?

If so, have you tried adding a different type of industry to see if it has the same issue?

There have been problems reported with the Multiple Industry New asset - that could be your problem.

I'm actually suspecting a faulty or missing dependency commodity being the cause of this problem. There are also a list of problem commodities at https://forums.auran.com/trainz/sho...g-of-known-problematic-commodities-(TRS2006-) - the thread is a few years old but as far as I'm aware the issues still apply unless they've been updated.

It's the main system. Every industry including stations have this error. it won't load any products because the product picker is broken and has nothing on it.

That's a faulty product. Go through the list referred to above and check you have installed nothing from that list. Then confirm that none of your products show errors in Content Manager. Then delete products out of CM, probably selecting newest first, assuming the problem occurred recently, until the pick re-appears.

Then the order in which you delete items doesn't matter so much - you could delete from the lowest build number to the highest, for example.
