My comp crashed and every %$#^ time I have to go through the same thing. I can log into the forum but it will not let me log into the download station! Help!
You might want to check a few things before trying again.
Delete your temporary internet files and cookies. This fixes a host of can't connect issues.
Check your firewall settings. They may have gotten goofed up by the crash, or caused the crash because of an a software "fix" that "fixed things alright!
Check that your username and password are the same as the one you are using to login to the forums and to Planet Auran. In fact when you are logging into the DLS, your logging into PA.
Run Chkdsk to verify that your hard disk is okay and nothing has become corrupted. This too can cause a lot of issues too.
