General Trainz Wishlist

Trainz newbies often request loco's and rolling stock on individual threads, and these threads then get spammed with negative comments on the original poster. So how about one big request thread?
One request/wishlist thread will free up other sections and provide inspiration for creators.
Although I created this thread for others, I have one loco that I would LOVE to see in Trainz:
