The documentation says;

From the Windows Menu click on Select Session Options

Which menu is this??

Many thanks

Just one question about your question. What documentation?

The "Windows Menu" makes no sense to me either.

EDIT: Scratch ALL the above, I was looking in the wrong place.:(

Trainz Living Railroad is not yet available. They (N3V) have added some preliminary User Interface features to Trainz Plus (notably the Drivers Palette) but the system is not yet in a usable form.

From reading that documentation, some of the features it mentions, such as the "Automatic Dispatcher", are not yet available anywhere that I could see.

My theories at least.

I still would like to know why N3V created a "Trains Living Railroad" section but didn't even put a post in it. Especially seeing that it 's on the "back burner" for now.

You can't assign an Automatic Scheduler, so its obviously not working, but according to the email parts of it are????

There was an alpha version released a while back to selected users (I was not one). The documentation may have been for their benefit.

Some parts of the TLR are operational - the Driver Palette in S20, for example, has some basic operational features.

Surveyor 2.0, HD Terrain and (coming soon) TLR are all Trainz Plus features and are not in TRS22. No-one has made any attempt to hide this info or to confuse users. It is all there in the Trainz22 link at the top of each page.

I had to delete version 122418 as it kept crashing to desktop, reinstalled version 119450 (without the TLR) and no problem.

I have had nothing but trouble since update and I am currently talking to support.
How did you delete version 122418 and how much of the directory did you delete?
How did you reinstall previous version?

I exported the routes I wanted to keep, then uninstalled the program. I had a copy of the offline installer for 119450, so just loaded that.

Once loaded then the big job of downloading all the dependencies began!

The TLR instructions I saw told me to go to a "windows menu" (below).
I have no idea what a windows menu is or where it is>
  • From the Windows Menu click on Select Session Options

In the task bar at the top of the screen buddy. Hover over the icons (think it is second icon from right) in the list of options top left of the task bar.

Session options is a sub menu in there.

To open Select Session Options Go into Session Then go to Drive Session Go to Task Bar pick the second from the right Icon there you find drop-down menus with Session Options etc
