Fixing the EMD Spartan Cab to work in TS12?

Hello all,
I'd like to fix ns_37's EMD Spartan Cab to work in TS12 so I can use some of nikos1's locomotives.
Errors:

Look for an announce thread from USLW about the R&N sd40-2.... I included a fixed Spartan cab as part of the sd40-2 dependencies....

is it on USLW? I have the Spartan Cab showing Faulty.

cause I Downloaded the R&N SD40-2 and the spartan cab is showing faulty still. And I've already installed the SD40-2 Dep Pack & Service Pack
