First class tickets

Hello there folks,
Just a quick question to see if any of you have problems with First Class Tickets. I activated one on my Planet Auran profile but the CMP does not recognise it as having occured. I know Auran say there is sometimes a 10 - 15 mintue delay but not 4 hrs!
I have emailed them but if they don't replt until Monday then I loose to days because either the CMP is buggy or thier server does not talk to it!
I'm therefore seeing if anyone else has experience this or similar problems,

Actually, you only lose days if you were planning to download 24-7..
Expecting it to kick in after 4 hours seems a bit off....read some of the threads about it and see if you've entered everthing as it should be...

Just a quick hint. It may activate very soon or it may take 24 hours.
