First class ticket

I know this has been asked many times. I just purchased a first class ticket earlier and it shows up in the my ticket page. It says that I need to activate my ticket, but I can't find the place to do so. I followed ti instructions but there was no place to activate the ticket. I don't know if this is the right place to post this. I hope someone can help. Thank you.

Ive tried that and read all the F A Qs but it does"t have a place for me to activate. It says ticket not activated but no place to do so.
 
On my screen it reads "Not Activated" to the right of the name of a few FCT's I still have listed there.
Right underneath that text it reads "Activate" in bold. Clicking on that should do the trick.

If that is not visible, something is wrong. In that case I suggest trying with a different browser and see if that changes something. I myself am using Chrome.
 
In the ticket page it says not activated, but no bold activate. I'm using Chrome too. I'll try another one Under not activited it says access active???
