First class ticket

Hi all last year I went and bought a first class ticket its a life and it expires in 2036 I was downloading from the DLS today and just now I get a message telling me that I have had my 100mb for today and thats it

SO AURRAN WHAT GIVES PLEASE FIX

This generally occurs if Content Manager was not initially able to access out servers when you loaded Content Manager. This will generally solve itself after 24 hours, however if you do see this message, then please try running a 'quick database repair'. This will force Content Manager to update the download permissions/quota based on your account.

You shouldn't need to clear the download queue before running the quick database repair, however I would recommend doing so to ensure the download permissions fully update.

To run a Quick Database Repair, please first open Content Manager, then click on 'file', then 'run extended database repair'.

Note, for TS2010 and TS12 we do not recommend an Extended Database Repair, as it may actually prevent CM from solving the issue for up to 24 hours, since it may reset your download permissions in CM.

No I was wrong it is not working I am getting a little tired of this I have done everything that you told me to do
and it hasen't worked

Firstly, check the size of the image against what is in the CoC. If it's larger in either direction, you may need to resize it (preferably before a moderator changes it to a link).

You will probably have to change the image size of the image on your system using your image-editing tool, then re-upload it (and you may have to change the address it points to).

Seriously guys, I'm now having the same issue. Other post says it takes a week for it to update. I've done an extended database repair with all items out of the helper. Restarted my computer. Took out my credentials and put them back in. I have all updates and Hot Fixes. Is there anything else I need to try?

As per my last message, for TS2010 and TS12 we do not recommend an Extended Database Repair, as it may actually prevent CM from solving the issue for up to 24 hours, since it may reset your download permissions in CM. In other words, if you do use TS12 or TS2010, do not use the 'Extended Database Repair' option. This is neither necessary or helpful when you are seeing issues with your download access.

If you are still seeing this issue after 24 hours of running the extended database repair, then please contact the helpdesk if you have not already done so. Please keep in mind that it may be 24-72 hours before we reply to you, particularly after the weekend...

To change or remove your signature image, click on 'settings' at the top right of the forums, then click on 'edit signature' in the left hand menu. Now either replace the link with one for a smaller image (maximum dimensions of 800*100 pixels), or replace it with a 'plain text' signature (or remove it completely if you wish).
