As per my last message, for TS2010 and TS12 we do not recommend an Extended Database Repair, as it may actually prevent CM from solving the issue for up to 24 hours, since it may reset your download permissions in CM. In other words, if you do use TS12 or TS2010, do not use the 'Extended Database Repair' option. This is neither necessary or helpful when you are seeing issues with your download access.
If you are still seeing this issue after 24 hours of running the extended database repair, then please contact the helpdesk if you have not already done so. Please keep in mind that it may be 24-72 hours before we reply to you, particularly after the weekend...

To change or remove your signature image, click on 'settings' at the top right of the forums, then click on 'edit signature' in the left hand menu. Now either replace the link with one for a smaller image (maximum dimensions of 800*100 pixels), or replace it with a 'plain text' signature (or remove it completely if you wish).
