First Class Ticket

I bought a first class ticket late last night because my three month ran out and downloads are so slow on CMP without one. In fact, CMP won't download files more than 2-3 MB without a ticket, the download takes so long then just hangs. Now, I haven't received an activation link. I sent a ticket to helpdesk about the problem, I paid for it, but I can't use it! It's so much easier to use CMP to grab missing deps for routes, etc. Maybe I should just buy a lifetime since I'll always need the DLS for stuff.

But my profile doesn't show that I purchased a new ticket, yet I did. It just says 5 Expired First Class Tickets. That's what I mean, I didn't receive an activation link in my profile.

Hi there have you looked at your plant auran profile page you may have to go there to active it.

I'm afraid you are going to have to contact Helpdesk over that one, as it sounds like either a payment or an order issue.

I purchased another ticket and it worked. I might have to get the one refunded that didn't work.
