First Class Ticket Problems

I recently purchaced a FCT because I was tired of the slow download times. I activated my FCT but it still says "Pending permissions update, please check back soon." I have tried to download assets on the DLS but since purchasing the FCT the Content Manager says, "Unable to download, the server appears to be full, please try again later..." I have never gotten this message before. Now I have read the NUMEROUS posts of people with the same problem, but none that offer a solution. I have also tried all the "tricks" to get the CM to reset, but they do not work. Is there anyone that can help me with this problem. I purchaced a FCT because I wanted faster downloads, but 4 KBps was faster than nothing, which is what I am getting now. Also, time is ticking down on my FCT, with nothing to show for the money I paid. I feel as if I am getting riped off by Auran as others do with my same problem. Can someone help?
 
If you already have a First Class Ticket subscription, please take note that it can take up to 24 hours for the First Class Ticket to become fully activated. If it does not become fully activated after this time, please send a message to the helpdesk. (quoted on Auran's site)...

From my experience that will not do it. With exactly the same problem it took over a week to get my first class ticket download restored after payment have been taken from my account. And that I believe was only achieved then by my very strong criticism of Auran on this forum and equally strong direct e-mails to the helpdesk.

This customer handling and support situation has now gone well beyond a joke.

Hi Shortfuse. Im in exactly the same situation as you having just bought a 6 month 1st clas ticket not long ago. Activated it as normal via my planet auran profile, payment has been taken via paypal and CM even shows the ticket counter going down... but I can't use it. Still saying under the ticket section: Pending permissions update, please check back soon. This is getting beyond a joke now as this doesn't even allow me to download in the normal way without a 1st class ticket either (all downloads via the dls try to use the ticket.. but can't because of the above!).

Thanks guys for the replies. It's frustrating to know that this seems to be a very common problem and nothing seems to be done about it. We should either get the wasted days or some of the money paid reimbursed.
 
I received a message from Zec saying my ticket has now been activated. I am at work now and will check it out in the morning. Hopefully all is well and all of you with the same problem will have it resolved also. Thanks.
