First Class Ticket Help

OK, Guys/Gals, Im new to this, Just purchased my copy of trainz 2012, Looking to download some content. I purchased a 90 day first class ticket. I activated it today
When I download my speeds havnt changed. still very slow. And now says I have reached my 100 MB daily maximum. I thought the first class ticket gave you unlimited download and faster speeds. I have high speed internet. It took me over 5 Hrs to download that 100MB, What am I doing wrong:'(:'(:'(:'(:'(:'(
 
You will need to activate the FCT. Click on "Planet Auran" at the top of the page, then select "tickets" from the menu on the left. It should be pretty straight forward from there. A FCT can take up to 24hrs to activate, there are a number of "tricks" that I'm sure people will tell you to try to get it to work faster. Some of these work better then other, however the only sure-fire 100% certain to work way is to wait the 24hrs.

Using content manager, select file (top left), settings, internet. Does your fct show as activated ?

Please try an Extended Database Repair in Content Manager. To do this, simply go into 'Content' accessible via the launcher screen, then go to 'File' then select 'Extended Database Repair'.

Just to add, if you have anything in your download list from before activating the FCT clear it, close Content manager and restart it or the speed won't kick in until all pre FCT items are downloaded. As said it can take up to 24 hours to actually start working, more often it's between 10 to 20 minutes though.
 
Correct Malc, I renewed mine a few days ago and couldn't understand why I was still only getting 7 - 8 kb/s on items in the Download List. I deleted them, closed CMP - probably rebooted as well - reselected the items I wanted and normal rapid service resumed.
 
my ticket doesnt expire till next month but it says i have reached my 100mb limit for the day, anyone else having problems?

Some of you may bw experiencing problems with your FCT because of the on going problems at Planet Auran. So don,t panic just yet. Hopefully everything will be working as it should be soon.
