First class ticket gone

I was getting the server full message on my content manager even though it said in the settings that I have an active first class ticket. I did a pass word reset on my account as suggested in one of the threads. In the content manager settings it now shows no FCT and I am still getting server full message.
 
Try downloading something from the Download Station website: http://www.auran.com/TRS2004/DLS.php, namely by downloading by FTP.

If you can download a big item through FTP at FCT speeds, then it is Content Manager that is screwed up, not the Download Station.

Also, are you sure that your FCT has not expired?

I can download from dls it even shows my active fct.

So you were able to download a big item from the Download Station at FCT speeds using the FTP option, without using Content Manager? If so, then it most likely is Content Manager that is screwed up.
