Your advice doesn't work for TRS2006 CMP

I have the same problem with TRS2006 CMP and its frustrating as h3ll. When a customer purchases something online they expect to be able to use it right away. Changing my password in Auran web profile doesn't work either. Auran needs to redesign the accounts caching system so purchased FCTs are available *immediately*. Furthermore its a complete waste of time doing this logout-restartCMP-login cycle as it takes like 5 minutes for CMP to rebuild its database -- insane!

Thes may help:

Clear your CMP-DLH download wish list.

Edit your CMP-Options UN & PW by blanking out, and savng as blank.

Restart game.

Re-Enter UN & PW, and save.

Exit game, and restart game.

Go to your Planet Auran Profile and edit your UN & PW (it can be the same).

Edit your profile and save.

You have to go to FCT Tickets, and click on "Activate" the start of your FCT.

From time of purchase at midnight, I was downloading within an hour, or less, using the above dirrections.

I have the same problem on my desktop machine with 2009 and 2010 installed. I can download to 2009 ok, but 2010 (since SP3) stops at the 100mb limit, UNLESS I disable my firewall before I start 2010, in which case it will connect properly and recognise the FCT! I can't find anything wrong with the settings in the firewall that allow the various auran programs through it.

I've installed 2010, and patched, on a new laptop and all is well on that (though I only have 2010 installed on it).

Auran/TRS2006/bin/CMP and Auran/TRS2006/bin/Trainz Launcher in TRS2006 are supposed to be made as alowable exceptions rules through your antivirus firewall.

I would presume there are also some sort of allowable exceptions rules through your firewall that you must make for 09 and 10 ?
