finding a route

I created a route in Trainsz 2009 (Isle of Sodor), I just updated to Trainz 12, now I want to import the Sodor route into T12 but I cannot find the route anywhere. Where does Trainz hide the routes????

All content is in the database which you have to access via the Content Manager. If you want to import it to another version find the route in CM and save it to a CDP. Then use the import cdp feature in the other version.

Thanks for thequick responce for help, Sorry for how long to reply thanks, 12 hour work shifts get in the way of fun.
I did maage to get the TR 12 to load the Isle of Sodor route. but the rails are missing, as well as a lot of the stations and other content. It seems that I have 2 Content Mamgers, v2 (Trains 2009) and v3 TR12. can I cut and paste the KUID from v2 to v3 ??? or is there more to it than that ???
