Fell Diesel 10100?

Before you ask, no, I'm not asking if there is one: to my knowledge, nobody has made one. What I'm asking is this: if I were to portray it in Trainz, what diesel model would be best for doing so?

Normally, I'd believe you, but surely there's a diesel model I can modify to at least resemble it?

I don't think so. 10100 was completely unique and completely unlike any other diesel locomotive. The side profile does bear passing resemblance to a Class 37, but that's about it.
