FCT Help

Just purchased a FCT under the illusion that I can download what I want faster. Unfortunately this does not seem to be the case, and in fact download speed is less than it was before I bought it. Did I throw money away on something that just doesn't work or have I done something wrong?

Have you gone to your Profile and activated the ticket?

Even after activation it can take a while to kick in. Logging out, leaving it a few minutes and logging back in sometimes makes the server wake up
