Known occasional problem, seems to occur to a minority of people on a new install or after a patch. I Think it's that the initial validation process didn't get completed, possibly by not waiting for TadDaemon to shut before closing the PC, or possibly my favourite, a bug in the validation carried out by the patcher relating to having a lot of assets installed.
Viewing Errors and warnings forces the item to be validation checked again, Open for edit and commit or open for edit and revert also seems to fix some as well presumably again triggering the validation check.
Running an EDR will probably fix any erroneously showing as faulty you have missed. Or much quicker, search Location = Local, Faulty = True, select all, right click, View errors and Warnings. Obviously that won't fix any that really are faulty though. Easy way to see if any were fixed is check the before and after totals.
If you haven't already, enabling the Database process Windows will stop you switching off the PC before TadDaemon and TrainzUtil have finished.
