Glancing through my Trainz newsletter in email, I was surprised to see some familiar faces. The link led to this.
I am of course, pleased to see these old guys at work under GFisher's catenary, presumably having been updated as necessary to run with TS22. It's a hobby, and seeing things in which I've had a hand used by others is one of its most pleasant aspects.
Can't help thinking, though, that this would be a perfect setting (mountain/coal/electified) for the Virginian EL-2b electric. It was not, unfortunately, ever placed on DLS but, to the best of my recollection, ran in T:ANE so should be at least as compatible or updateable as the other electrics shown in the illustration. In its TS2009 guise it is available here, no charge.
And if the creators of this route wish to add the EL-2b to the route (and, updated as necessary, to DLS if desired), I have no objection. It's a hobby, after all.
