I decided to start over, but I saved the overall, main route from north Denver to Cheyenne, Wyoming.

The reason being is that I originally intended to upload the route and content to the DSL, and to make it a realistic size to upload, it needed to be divided into lots of smaller sub - routes, that could later be reconnected if desired.

I was 90% done with the first "sub-route" of north Fort Collins when I realized that I had maxed out the 250 texture limit a long time ago, before I knew there was a limit. Most of the textures are custom textures, so I had copied them over other people's textures along the way, in order to keep the texture limit at 250.

Well... that worked for me but did no good when trying to make the route available on the DLS..... So I decided to redo the sub section by itself, using the overall main route as the template. This way I could have all the custom textures available, now being conscious of the 250 limit. I was getting kinda excited to finally get all this stuff out along with the Sessions.

Once I got THAT far, then I learn that 2006 content is no longer welcome for upload on the DLS ! Not much point in advertising, even if it was free, if it can't be uploaded. I was a little ticked, so I dropped out for a while.

the short answer to your question is that the new/old route is going really well and I'll be posting some new shots soon.
