I just added it to my collection in TS 2006 and the smoke works fine for me

Flat cars are by Dylanviey -DODX F34 Flat Car there's a few road names for them I am pretty positive i got them off the DLS

Trailers are byDinorius_Redundicus trailer_fruehauf_02 and trailer_fruehauf_01 also on the DLS theres a static model as well Id suggest download all of his items all top notch...
