Ten Wheelers On The West Shore

Cheers,

P.S. I'm planning on doing some reskins of Ben's mid-headlight ten wheeler sometime soon. They were used primarily by NYC to pull commuter trains on the Harlem and Putnam Divisions. I'm going to do a Boston and Albany Mike too...in case anyone's interested.

some NYC testing on my Highline kinda of like NEC just a fictonal route i started and is coming along real well.

Good start, Andrew. My suggestion, however, is to rotate your textures when you place them, using the "[" and "]" keys, and use more than one texture for grass, ground, rock, etc, blending them as you go along. That also goes for trees and vegetation. You want to keep the number of different textures and objects to a minimum to preserve framerates, but you need to use a few, for a realistic look. Nice choice of reskinned locos by the way. :D Keep it up...that's how you learn.

Cheers,
Fred
