Wow Andy, this route is WONDERFUL. It has a great Midwest flavor that would provide a great setting for WSOR or WC engines too.

Was the cab by the crossing in pic 296 staged or did you change a file or two?

Thanks for providing the great pictures.

Dan

Thanks all!

@Dan - the route has a custom region using a mix of aarial's and HP_Trainz traffic. The cab was just the first car along. It's not staged.

@ kamran - the leasers are new skins by Mick (Matruck) on JR locos. There will be a big pack of new stuff at JR to coincide with the route release.

Speaking of new stuff, HLCX 8054 is another 'legit' leaser actually used on the EVWR...

hi,
Andy how do you set up those NRC crossings, I have Boat's ATLS stuff but I cant get those crossings or the traffic stoppers to work? Great work, I love that EX BN scheme and the rotten pumpkin:Y::clap::udrool::udrool::mop:!!!
MTW:cool:

MTW all I can do is refer you to the ATLS tute thread in the freeware release forum, which in turn has links to Boat's full pdf tute. I get asked about these crossings a fair bit and I did try once to do a step-by-step photo tute but the more I tried to clarify things the worse it got! Writing a tutorial is an art in itself, and it's just not my 'thing'. It did take me a few attempts to sort out exactly how the system worked, but now that I have it figured out it takes only a very short time to set each crossing up. I know none of that helps much, but honestly working through Boat's tute one step at a time till it 'clicks' is the best advice I can give...

Andy

EDIT: the next post might be worth a look...

Personal reskin - well not really a reskin, rather an extensive freelance edit of 2Wayne's Conrail skin...

Absorbingly beautiful shot! Same with the other re-paints you did of the SW1500!!! Should of done a faded Conrail with those marking on it as a paint over? Give it that old conrail used effect!
