A bit more HOG in the background than I like, but this lovely new content from Deane was worth shooting from all the angles. Thanks Deane, content like this makes it easy! ~snip~

I have to agree Andy, but a skilled pair of hands that can place them so well and compose such a nice shot, IMHO, makes the “whole” a good deal better than the “sum of all the parts”.

What I like about Deane’s seed house is the way it has some three dimensional elements which complement the texturing. The 3d pole poking out over a shadow which seems to be part of the texture is masterful. It just looks perfectly correct from all angles.

I also love the way you’ve framed your shot with all of the additional well placed clutter, foliage, powerlines etc.

A fine example of the continuing symbiotic relationship between great creator and master route builder providing something for us all to enjoy!

Thanks Casper, that means a lot coming from the undisputed master of the Trainz screenshot!

More new content - this time custom built for the route - a beautiful reproduction of the distinctive Mt Vernon sanding tower. Thanks Mick, and I believe Joe had a hand in the thing also...

Love it, captures the prototype to a 'T'...

Derelict Deane worked his magic on some photos of mine to produce Paul's Central Garage which in reality lives in rural Victoria, Australia. I think it transplants OK to Indiana...

Nice shot Andy. Sharp as nails!

It’s getting mighty difficult to know what’s real these days.

"Derelict Deane" :D. I've often thought "Junk Male" might also be appropriate!:o

Cheers

This is an awesome route:Y:, but may I ask where you got that garage in that last pic? And very nice texture job! I'm still getting back into texturing.

Thanks for the comments guys :)

The garage is "Derelict Garage 01" <Kuid2:68213:26014:1> not built-in but on the DLS. Since I took the screenie I have removed the pumps, looks derelict-er!

Absolutely fantastic, Andy. :Y: This is stuff that could be a prime contender in the Screenshot of the Week contest. ;)

Regards,

Zachary.

Route building is just your thing man, like painting a picture. You just have an eye for it, at least I'm going to keep telling myself thats why my attempts look so bad in comparison.

Very very good job Andy this route is beyond my skill level especially scenery wise. Thanks for telling me where the garage is. It really makes my route look better:hehe:. The garage:

My best attempt so far:

There's no need, I've sen my own and frankly it's all much of a muchness...

Sorry mate, but ROFLing uncontrollably at the moment. I think you will find your missing 'C' key just between the 'X' and the 'V'...

Andy ;)
