Error while trying to download in trainz 2010

Get this error. UNABLE TO ACQUIRE WEITE ACCESS TO USER DATA FOLDER.

Removed trains. Installed all as administrator no change. now in content manager can't put in id in settings.

Your user ID will be entered automatically once Content Manager connects to the N3V servers using your Username and Password.

Can I confirm that if you are using Windows Vista or 7, you have to respond to a Yes/No box after double-clicking the Trainz shortcut. (unless you have turned off UAC)

It's OK - I deal with users of various degrees of technical knowledge.

You may find the following page on my website useful. It gives step by step instructions on how to make sure Trainz is running as administrator in Windows Vista and 7. Note that Trainz will need to be closed during this process.
