Error in USLW CSX GP40-2 Pack

I recently installed this pack, and I thought I had all the dependencies with it. The locomotives are on the lists in Surveyor and Railyard, but do not physically appear in either. For instance, clicking to select the unit does nothing. I am running TRS 2006 by the way. Can missing dependencies do this?

Be sure you download the GP-40 dependencies pack that USLW has under there rolling stock parts in the downloads. Hope this helps.
