Error in Patch Available

When I open my offline installed Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019, I get the message that "Patch Available". When I use install now and select Streamer TRS19, I get the following error:

Patch not viable, Details: "Filepath already occupied: C\Program Files\N3V Games\Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019 Platinum Edition\DebugHelper.exe

Can someone please hep me.
