Engine Sounds

Would some kind member please give me some information pertaining to the various engine sounds that are available on the dls and else where? Example : EMD 12-645E - whats the hp and what loco would use this? Others I have are : EMD 16-710, GE EVO, EMD 12N -710, 710G3B, 710G3C, 710G3, EMD 16-567C, EMD 645, EMD 20-645E &E3.

I'm sure that this would help others also. Yes, I've searched around but found alot about marine engines. If there's a chart or list available just point me in the direction. Thank you.

A quick Google of EMD 12-645E will give you a Wikipedia page of specs for that engine and what locomotives are associated with it. If you search the Wiki Site you may come up with the majority of what you are looking for.
