Email Issues

Help -- I am coming back to Trainz after a year and I discovered that on my main profile the email address was no longer valid since I have a new ISP. I edited my profile to put in my new email address (***@att.net) and boom -- my password was changed. No problem, since they are emailing it to my new address.

(PS -- changing the password seems a little drastic, what if you mistype your email address?)

Well, I typed in the right email address but I have never received a response from Planet Auran. Twice more I requested my new password by typing in the email address but no mail received.

I think this is a problem with att.net not Auran.

I sent a request to Helpdesk telling them what I had done and requesting that they change my email to a gmail.com address I have (I know gmail receives email from Auran very quickly). However, I am worried that Helpdesk (being understaffed) may not get to this any time soon.

Any suggestions??
 
Thanks John -- I have looked at all of the usual suspects (junk mail, rules, etc.) and the mail is just not getting through. In fact, a friend from across town sent me an email and it took 12 hours before I got it. Australia is a little farther away from Houston so I have pretty much given up on att.net.

I guess Helpdesk is my only hope.
 
Helpdesk Lives!!

Helpdesk came through for me. Thanks greatly to all that are wading through all of the helpdesk requests. It only took a few days to get my email address changed after I stupidly entered the wrong address.

I just want to say thanks for the people who helped the helpdesk come back! Also they were very helpful,fixed my issues, and was a very fast reply!
