Elevation Question

Hi there! I'm working on a route that varies from sea level to about "150". I just added 60 tiles to extend a line out into the desert. It extends out from an area whose elevation is 130. The question is: is there any way to raise new tiles to a new elevation without traipsing around with the elevation tool, or even using copy & paste?

I have heard that it can be done, but it is one baseboard at a time ... basicaly the answer is no ... and they need to be adjusted manually, by hand to the 130m terrain height.
